To Those Of Us Who Have Reswesrvation About This Company
Through the company's web site's "CONTACT", I sent an e-mail today questioning the recent share-price slide and genuinity of the company's business!. The following is the response I got from Jim Matthew of the company.
"Thanks you for your interest in American Graphite Technologies (AGIN).
I am as confounded as anyone else as to why the share price has been falling over the past few weeks, the company have continued to successfully progress their projects in a diverse range of graphite/graphene businesses, no competitor has announced significant developments which might impact on AGIN\'s future trading profits and the recent news releases and SEC filings, whilst unspectacular, have shown a company that is making good progress and has attracted significant institutional investments (at a share price much higher than it is currently trading at).
I have attached a recent press release which summarised progress against AGIN\'s three key projects, as you will see, there is nothing here (or anywhere else to explain the price drop).
I am not a qualified or licensed broker and cannot recommend whether you should hold onto your AGIN shares or not. All I can do is reassure you that the company is entirely genuine, and although still effectively an exploration company with no income as yet, it is working hard to produce revenue streams and all the indications are positive that it will be producing income relatively soon.
I hope this helps, if I can provide anything further, please do not hesitate to contact me.
As a result of this, I have decided to remain invested.
The last quarterly SEC report says the "The Company currently has no projects". I looked up the sole director of this company and his track record. Every company he's been with has stocks now worth zip. I just sold all my shares, and am embarrassed by having been suckered by this company.
If you read the recent company SEC fillings for this month, AGIN does not have an active employee listed, just a consultant which is the CEO/president - who works at least 20 hours a week consultancy for AGIN. This presents a RED flag knowing that AGIN is not fully functioning as a company.
Stay away from AGIN. The company is headed to pennies stocks.
