Day to day trades hard to explain based upon fundamentals...Who knows what mutual fund exists position and who is buying? Or, maybe Cole made himself Board Chair and this is taken as a sign of future purchases, not of what we would like to see- buyout. So, I just ignore it, sometimes selling puts and waiting for my exit point....
