Too bad Engle won't be given any credit, once he's voted out tomorrow. He's lost credibility, confidence, and trust. He allowed shorts to control shareholder value, and force SP to an all time low the day before the annual general meeting. And shareholders will give him his GRADE on how he's done running this company. We'll soon see how the votes cause the BOD to change strategy on funding operations or if it will be business as usual after tomorrow. If he's gambling with Xoma, as we shareholders obviously are, and his PLAN doesn't work, we LOSE much more than he does. Too bad he felt the need to keep us all in the dark all these months as SP tumbled.
Good bye Engle. You had your shot, and you FAILED. Your departure will allow the beginning of the rebound though, so thanks for that.

Wake up!! Engle isn't going to be fired or dismissed. The BOD calls the shots and Engel aint' leaving. Indeed, from his point of view he has the perfect company where investors don't count and he can enrich himself and his associates as he wishes.
don't be so sure hidiot this f11111 incompetent idiot is out, xoma bod kept him for such a long time, they'r gonna manipulate the votes and hello-I'm back again.Right now xoma is going down the toilet, may be the end of the year or next.strong sell until 0.08.bye,adios,au revoir.

He won't be voted out. The whole voting exercize is a waste of time. The shareholders voting power has been eliminated by the share placements. Its the same as politicians letting illegals flood in to dilute the voting power of the citizens and gain power through that process. It is extremely sad. Maybe, the SEC will stand up for the shareholders. Pause..........can't stop laughing. Now sadness creeps back in.
