Flooded everyday...huh? No shares have been sold yet, so they aren't flooding the market yet.
Once Azimuth gets those shares I expect them to sell them relatively quickly, unless they think holding them will make them money. Azimuth made their money on the 'fee' for buying those shares. It is a gamble on their part but at least Xoma won't have to find someone to sell those shares too.
Had they gambled, Azimuth would have lost their pants. Just look at the deal with Arena, Nanogen and Alexza. The list go on and on. Don't forget their deal with Xoma last year at around $1. Azimuth is in the business of making money, not buy and hold and bust.
