    Acne trial still recruiting

Hard to reach the December primary data dateline when the last patient data collection is at day 84. Will 052 be as effective as tap water as in the T2D studies? Maybe Xoma will release the data sometime next summer--or maybe not.

    • Back again with the same ole reteric. Tired of getting the beat down over at LXRX Zumpy???

    • Last update for this study, including it's status, was on June 28, 2012. By now, recruitment could have been completed. We don't know.

      • GF get a modicum of reality in your investing. When originally announced, they were suppossed to have the study completed by Dec- Now they are " still recruiting" for a study that is only 84 days. Something seems amiss if they can't find a few hundred teen-boppers with bad acne in a year. I would like to know if they run the studies themselves or farm them out to a CRO. anyone know? They seem to have some difficulty in reliably reporting the progress of the trials. Rember they said they had started to enroll the uveitis DJD studies the end of June , never showed up in clinicaltrials.gov for several months, then they announced they were starting enrollment a few months ago/ What gives. If they can't find a few hundred kids with acne, how they gonna find 10 with Sweet's syndrome ( neutrophilic Dermatoses?)One ANALyst put it well a few years ago- Xoma-long on hype, short on delivery Just opinion

      • I think they said they'd have some results before the end of Dec. at the last quarterly report didn't they?

        Sentiment: Buy
