Koza's stake is a bit less than 1% of the entire company. Koza could make a quick 200% or more profit by a buyout (or five times that amount with a suitably leverage buyout). Could probably make that much just by forcing a dividend with the threat of a buyout.
Eventually the company will give out a divvy (2 to 5 years). Management is just being cautious now which is understood. If management can pull off net income of 75M and topline over 600M this stock will go up. Just a matter of time to let the company do it's job. It's job is not to watch short term stock price moves. It's job is to execute on their game plan and present a 145m to 161m quarter next quarter. If you believe in your research and the companies you invest in normally you do add when fear is in the market.
