    China is slowing

    Sorry Jeff, we're talking 2007-08, when RTO's weren't
a twinkle in any one's eye, but good try. In 2009 they
recovered somewhat for a couple months, just to fall back again to 2's. That's pretty much where it's stayed
Now there's a reason for that, besides lack of interest, which the volume shows. So I figure it's that
318m debt, which I'll be watching for in their next release.

    • Yeah, I know, they were high a couple years ago. That is what I had stated. When the Chinese stocks came out, they came out big, until loss of faith in the Chinese markets.

The debt is no big problem. They have more cash then they have debt, so they could send out checks tomorrow to pay it all down to 0 debt.

The only thing holding them back, is the lack of confidence in Chinese stocks.

XIN will be at their high range of expectations, there cash will be higher, and debts lower. Also, the book value will have gone up. We should surpass $7.50 per share on the book value. Also, if they can tell us that they bought more shares, and plan on buying more, it will help greatly.

Well, I called this puppy at $2.50, saying it would get back down to $2.00 a share, and no one wanted to believe me. Now I think we will creep up slowly until earnings, with a nice 10% pop with earnings. $4.00 by years end.

      • Remember P/E, all that stuff doesn't matter like you say. It's just hate for chinese ADR's. Bad reps. When that passes it will have room to run. Also tightening has to pass which I think it will since China is slowing.

Remember a big key. Xin has 406M in cash, 318M in debt. Has had a cash flow of 112M (35M then 77M 1Q and 2Q respectively) the last 2 quarters. Xin is Way undervalued, doesn't mean it won't get cheaper, but if you try to time tops or bottoms on this you are crazy. One fact remains, one day XIN will get a P/E that we will all be saying is too high, but it will go higher. Alot of these stocks are in a sector dark cloud bear market. It will change some day, some year. Always does. Patience will pay!

      • I sold a 1000 shares at 2.50. My only point about your call of $2 is I didn't want to wait to start buying. I bought some at 2.20 and a 1,000 at 2.05. If it keeps going down I'll buy more. When it starts back up I'll sell a few shares.
