The idea is not to lose a lot of money. The more you have the less risk you should take. If someone has a thousand dollars there's nothing wrong with putting it all in one stock. But 100,000 in one stock?? No way!!
Won't do a lot for Q4 earnings, but may make a big difference for Q1 2012.
Up .05 today, hopefully it will stay. With it being February now, I think some investors may want to get in before XIN reports earnings.
Jeff please give me your thesis for just an ok 4th qtr.. I know 1st qtr is slow because of the new year but... With that new financing they didnt some contracts last qtr because deposits hadnt reached the required percentage for booking it ...This stock is crazy cheap ... i see over 10 within 12 months ...Really ..If they report good numbers and raise the dividend in the next 3 months (which i think they do) funds will start to come.. Any audit really helps... They have a decent auditor and this was an ipo right??
