It seems most XIN's investors are too "value" focus. While they all say XIN worth more than $6.0 per share, very few of them are willing to buy at even $2.80. This is exactly why this stock has very limited potential to go up above $3.0.
We need another type of investors, who are willing to chase the stock price up. We have enough "value" guys now.
The other type of investor who buys XIN 3 and over will make themselves known once the announcement is made. I'm one of em. I'll buy up to $4.
Institutional investors then should move it up to 7-8 bucks.
To move beyond 8 bucks, they'll have to rely on earnings growth IMO.
Till then, buy XIN cheap before the announcement.
This is hilarious, some truth in what you say though. Different types of investors come in at different stages, that's for sure. But you won't get the chasers until this thing has already gone up 1000-2000% though...
