I see no dividend announcement, to me it's very clear. Or else, they would have announced it with the ER.

Fair point.
While I remain 95% convinced there'll be a Dividend, I admit that number's down from 99% last week.

You can rest assured that there'll be some dividend announced, probably very soon.
XIN's management team promised a dividend announcement before they file their Form 20F with the SEC. While we can't be certain what day the attorneys will actually file that form, the last two years XIN's filed its 20F on April 20th and March 31st, so it should definitely be soon.- 1 Reply to hmmm26
