It's not too early to start putting together a list of questions for the conference call. Here's some for starters:
1. Guidance Beyond December(!) At the very least, revs / earnings for 2013.
2. Cash Audit / Cash Verification Suggestion.
3. [Extension of Quarterly Divs for next yr? Not exact numbers, just whether they plan to stick to quarterly model]
I know there's other important questions, too, but I overslept today, so my brain's not caffeine soaked enough, yet.

1. Plans for Property Acquisition- Any plans for new property acquisitions and timelines for development.
2. US Business Interests-how is that going?
3. Losses on mortgage gurantees? How does that compare to the industry?
