China will be announcing their Manufacturing numbers soon
No, the official one has not come out yet. It is the HSBC PMI came out yesterday. We know HSBC PMI is more skewed toward smaller companies, and official ones are more skewed to larger ones. Given the large public projects recently announced, I suspect the official number will look better than the HSBC one this time. We know the large state owned companies will get more benefits from these projects.
