Does Anyone Have a LINK to the Top 500 Chinese RE Development Co's List?

Friday, I learned that every spring some Chinese industry organizations get together and issue a Top 500 list for Chinese real estate development companies.

What I can't find is a LINK to the entire list. Can anyone help me out?

It's easy to find articles that list the top 5 or 10 on the list, but the problem is they're listed largest to smallest, so to find companies that are XIN sized, I need to look much further down the list.

If you'd like to view the Top 20, go to "China" then a punctuation mark then "org" then another one, then "cn" and search for "top 20 property developers 2012".

BEIJING, March 21, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- On March 21, the Assessment Report of Top 500 Chinese Real Estate Development Enterprises jointly sponsored by China Real Estate Research Association, China Real Estate Association and China Real Estate Assessment Center was released in Beijing. An original report from Sina Leju follows:

    • use google and type the keyword "中國百大房企" the first result contains the list of 100 largest real estate companies in China, XIn is listed as 41th, not so bad as it is a pure real estate developer.

    • Hmmm, I have a list in Chinese, and I really don't know how to translate most of them into their proper English names.

      • Thanks anyway, GV. What I was hoping to find were Chinese real estate development companies that are approximately the same size as XIN because I want to compare XIN's cash/equivalents number to its peers, to see if it exhibits the fraud symptom of appearing to have "too much" cash.

If I could think of a proper ratio to use, then I wouldn't even need companies of similar size to XIN. With a ratio, I'd be free to use, say, the Top 20 Chinese RE Development companies, which I have in an article.

Forgive me if I've already asked you this once, but what are your views on using "cash, as a percentage of annual revenues" as a ratio?
