Hi truth,
rest assured, we will reach 8 in the foreseeable future. If the company does not completely mess up, which I doubt since we have only seen excellence from XINs management, it will continue its, dare I say, best practice of acquiring land abroad and outperforming at home.
10+ was never out of reach but the last days have made it clear that we are starting to gain recognition and liquidity, and I am positive we have come a whole lot closer to a fair valuation.

Thanks John..Hoping XIN management jumps all over this nice move and keeps the momo..Going .....Hoping they share construction plans ala blueprints of the apartment? condo's in the NY project,with pricing.. Anthing to show they are moving forward
