You have $605m in cash, cash equiv. and restricted cash yet
you have to increase your short term and long term debt by 21m, even though you got that nice gravy
amount last quarter on the tax, why?
As I said last night and quite some time back, you've been living off the gravy the past two quarters
from building projects that were just being completed after a couple years of building their projects, but
what is the revenue stream going forward? Presales?
I also said the company told you the past couple quarters that construction would begin by third q then
it was moved to 4th q. The release doesn't mention that construction even began (which is what I thought they'd tell you), but the 'planning' is still planned, lol. Line up folks buy those 'air' apartments
now and save on future inflation!
To the person who said the selling was done? I don't think the loss of 13% is quite enough.
