In the coming quarters, we expect an EPS of just below 30 cents per quarter. The company will sell the remaining units in the old projects in the pipeline. Meanwhile, the company has bigger projects coming up in Beijing and NYC (and certainly better visibility of the company). More cash will be generated, to purchase more projects in China and USA.
So what is the problem? Being too conservative may not be bad. Why not just wait a little and trade some, while taking a nice 5% dividend?
