Yes, it is.
However, bought STV a week before their $2.30 dividend, bought APPL at $537.00, am up between 35 and 73% on 5 other stocks, and have 8k more than I would have if I did not sell my Xinyuan.
We are all so proud of you Wal for buying 300 shares of Xinyuan. I wish I could be a 55 yr old lonely guy, who lives on Yahoo post boards.

Sold my CISG today. Bought 1k shares at $7.15, and sold at $8.16 ($1,000.00 gain). I will wait until they come back down to buy back.

That's funny Wal. While you are at the same price Xinyuan was 3 weeks ago, my:
APPLE is up 9%
STV up 55%
CCCL up 46%
CJJD is up 75%
26 of my 30 stocks are up in last 3 weeks.
Already sold STV, had 7k shares for the $2.30 dividend. 7k will be paid to me in 2012 as a dividend, and 9k will be paid to me in 2013, reducing my short term capital gain in current year, deferring taxes until next year. Made 7k from my investment, and got to defer some of my short term capital gains, so I have time to increase my wife's 403B in 2013.
I may not know "anything" about this stock, but made 44k in Xinyuan this year. I'll be back, but not until around March, or when my other stocks double from where I bought them. As they double, I may buy a couple thousand shares at a time back into XIN.Sentiment: Strong Sell
