Do you think the SEC is blowing smoke? China is not going to budge, do you think the SEC will drop the hammer on these firms and delist all of these companies? The only thing they will accomplish is destroying peoples investments in the end. If China sees releasing these documents as a national security threat, they will not comply with the SEC, period. So, is the SEC bluffing?
