Yes, they would get more institutional investors, mutual funds, etc. to look at them once over $5.00, and I think psycholgically they would not be seen as a "penny" stock, and a major company. They are up to $3.91 in premarket. Hopefully it will stay up today.
XIN is executing....they are building their business and growing.
Why would you think the 42% holder would want a higher stock price? Why would the 42% owner not want to be a 43% owner? Do you think the 42% owner has a pressing need to sell his shares like all the day traders on this board?
