Since you don't seem to think 6 Sigma works... why don't you google "What is six sigma, ge" and find GEs nice 5 page pdf intro. Then read why one of the largest corporations in America knows it works in leaning and optimizing processes.

It's funny how incredibly stupid you really are. What you're talking about is a way of finding cuts. It DOES NOT specify what those cuts are. Any performance review of government spending ends up specifying cuts. You haven't specified any cuts. Maybe your pea brain can not grasp the concept.

As I said in another post, cut everything across the board til we have a balanced budget. While doing that fund an extensive 6 sigma operation. Slowly build back the services we cut if possible
