I believe we will see a 4 cent dividend and the stock price will not move too much.
If the dividend is raised above 4 cents we will see $10/share this year. There is no good reason for management(CEO) to raise the share price unless they wanted to use the shares as currency in an acquisition...and they probably would not do that much below book value.
