XIN has become a real estate step child , shun from the business proxies and investors.
It is really hard to shake the China Syndrom attached to Chinese Stocks , even with a set of good financials and paying a fair dividend.
This will have to be a very long term hold even as I'm up 65% and have collected several dividends ; I see them being held down below the $4. water mark for a lot longer then I antisipated.
OK though , since I get the divy as I wait for PPS increase and mkt. reconition of lg. fund managers pushing the price up.
XIN isn't just a diamond in the ruff ; most of them haven't discovered in yet to polish it for the street.
Just my daily pumpers opinion......Don't short a good thing when it feels so good! Pump - Pump!
Xin has doubled since I first started buying it. Not sure what your problem is.
I hear ya. In the meantime the company can keep buying back shares. Making our shares more valuable.
