Pay attention: WHY NOT PAYING DIVIDENED = PROMBLEM?
Other people say dividened not be paid yet. I check records. Last dividened paid 10/31/2012. Must first announce dividened then tell date for ex-div then wait and then pay dividened. Long time. More than 3 months and 1 week pass and NO EVEN ANNOUNVE DIVIDENED!!!!!!

I think this company 1 ok China company. Own CCME LPH TBET JGBO CBEH all lies. How stuipid me think XIn be different?!??!!! why i believe!!!

Either relax and wait for the dividend or sell XIN and sleep better. My guess is that the Board of Directors has not met yet this quarter....and they must meet to OK the amount and timing of any dividend. The Chinese New Year may make a later than usual BOD meeting. Dividends are not scheduled like CD or bank interest payments.
XIN paying a dividend does not mean that it is not a scam. It would be very possible to pay a small dividend and still be a scam. If you can't sleep with the possibility that XIN is a scam...sell!- 1 Reply to star_hominid

thank you!! I had not think about BOD meeting needed. Maybe that was problem? Have to think. Thank you more for good ideas!

As long as you have a diversified portfolio there is no reason to sell your entire position in Xin. If the stock moves higher you can take some profits.

They don't pay every 3 months. As long as they pay before April there will be 4 dividends in a year.
