My estimates for Q4 2012 and 2013
The CEO has declared he is really looking forward to the Q4 2012 conf call on the 27th. Looking also at other Chinese developers results, I suspect Q4 2012 was another strong quarter for XIN despite the not so good expectations. My estimate is at least $200M revenue with $32M net. They will also give guidance with a flat H1 and a very strong H2 2013. My estimate is $1.1B revenue and $200M net for the 2013.

  If estimates for earnings in 2013 are at $200M, we could definitely see this stock at $10 before April. That would be nice. Not to mention if that's the case more people would have XIN appear on their radar and we could see an appreciation to $15-$20 by the end of the year.
