my employers gave me an A+ for doing what I was suppose to do here and that was to warn others of the impending doom happening here and take their money. I have done well on both fronts. your loss as CHINA gets almost 30 to 40% of there revenue from property taxes and fees. XIN cant loose in the long run. Its way under valued by any value metric. China has created more billionaires with real estate then any other country in the world. HOUSING revenue money has created the economy. This China scare is just silly bashers trying to KILL our markets. They are taking a BS shot at our new highs. I hope the burn for their #$%$.

Thank you for putting it in perspective for these shallow minded scared cats. People quote 60 minutes and dont get the whole picture as the government cant slow the whole industry down because almost 1/2 their revenue comes from developements and properties. Dddaaaa! The only ones crying are the poor that cant afford the houses. This stock and the industry is getting rich and enjoying the capitalistic society.
