Reasoning for Xin doubt is mostly centered around the fact that although they are a "builder of homes" they have
built nothing in US..........................they claim property in Reno was flipped in matter of months, property in Irivine hasnt been marketed (fact that property has been empty for almost 4yrs.) and then in quarterly report Gurnee states "designers are hard at work & building will start in "fall" on Brooklyn project. Well maybe, maybe not but until I see some actual work being done my money stays home. All I'v heard so far is "talk". And someone here also stated that their TAX bill has to be enormous, well not in Reno but in Irvine Ca, & Brooklyn NY it will be as Irvine is a very upscale as is Brooklyn with a very high tax base. In other words "SHOW ME THE MONEY"
