odd analysis of china's status of gov. officials

There is a story on cnn money about china cracking down on military lic. plates and the reasoning behind it, here is a few paragraph on the subject matter; after I read it I was surprised so many chinese gov. officials and people had so much loose cash to buy all these high roller cars.

According to the new regulations, military plates are now prohibited on Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lincoln, Cadillac, Volkswagen Phaeton, Bentley, Jaguar and Porsche models. SUVs including the Porsche Cayenne and Audi Q7 were also singled out.

Put more broadly, the plates cannot be used on cars with engines larger than three liters, or a value over $73,000. To accomplish the change, the army will issue new plates designed to stop counterfeiters, and collect all previously-issued plates.

Some plates were sold to private owners to get around parking issues and to skirt check points, toll fees etc.
They also discussed the wide spread corruption in China.

SOUNDS LIKE CHINA IS GETTING CAUGHT UP TO THE USA'S WALL STREETERS IF NOT PASSING THEM UP ON WAYS TO GET AHEAD. SOME FORM OF CAPITALISM IS ALIVE AND WELL IN THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA EXCEPT THEY FORGOT THE PEOPLE AND IMPLIMENTED INDIVIDUALISM - IMO.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ SAME OL - SAME OLD!

Like the Dip- Imunity (Can't touch me) plates in the USA -
