Pople know Chinese real estate know that after developer use own money purchased land, they will get much bigger size loan for the development, that make them actually got almost billion US dollar loan. Chinese real estate has high profit margin, usually 20%.Xin also enjoys fast turnover. Billion times high profit margin, compare to 27million/ year or 135 million/ 5 year, you don't need question business men's IQ. I would say XIN probably will not please those day traders, but they will give high return for long-term investors, given their dependable develop method and good risks control.
