It's definitely not a great deal because it's pretty dilutive. But from the stock prospective, it establishes a floor and enhances the credibility of the company by a lot. In addition, having TPG in the board means XIN management will have more help from a US local guide. It's a pretty tough to call the overall deal is good or not.
