421 Kent came with a foundation. If you wanted the property....you bought it with everything on it including a fence. The project obviously worked out better starting from a new foundation. Are real estate prices still plummeting in Williamsburg? Your previous attempts to understand earnings, cash flow, and free cash flow leave much to be desired.
