They have 4 projects that start pre-sales in Q2. And, those projects are big ones. I'll list the project name and unsold gross-floor-area (square meters) for the project. 1) Zhengzhou Xindo Park, 293,400 m 2) Suzhou Lake Royal Palace, 171,900 m 3) Xingyang Splendid 240,200 m 4) New York Oosten, 37,100 m.......though the square meters is low; the price-per-meter is going to be very high. The importance of the New York project is a big deal for American investors. The total area of projects starting pre-sales this quarter (Q2) is 742,600 m.
One huge project then comes online in Q3, Jinan Royal Palace, 420,500 m. Another project comes online in Q4. Then 3 more projects are scheduled to start pre-sales in Q1 of 2015. And, I'm not sure of the plans for the land they acquired / announced just a couple days ago.
I'm telling you, there are PLENTY of catalyst to move this stock significantly to the upside.
Coming from a guy who was waiting to sell yesterday if it popped up and then go short. I really have to stretch my imagination to believe anything- I already know your response, so do not waste your time.
