Their percentages are good but the dollars are just not there. They are just keeping their heads above the water line. Mr. Gaynor throws out market share that does nothing but generate hope.
Soon they will need to raise more money and we all know how they will do that. Stock dilusion will become the talk fo the day with another reverse split. The selling point will be that this will be the catalyst they need to get them over the top.
The obvious avoids these shareholders.
1. No financial sacrifice from management
2. No insider buying, we all know why
3. No leadership.
If you want WallStreet to participate in your stock, you must include 1-3 in the package.
The only way this stock will get itself in the $1.50 to $2.00 range is to sell it. My suggestion would be to do this sooner the later. This would be the end of the Atm and the gravey train so that probably won't happen. This will be slow and very painful.
