Head & Shoulder Pattern is obvious with right shoulder formed and lower volume. Classic Bearish indications with Friday's dramatic sell-of and 4% decline in SP...Similar SP drop in SP has preceded each and every CC in the past. Caution going into the CC on 04/17/14, and if results are not up-to-par, could be a continuation of the right shoulder of the pattern. Note, the announcement of the HPV / European release just two weeks prior to the CC...H-M-M-M-M-M-! Watsup???
P.S. Over 10 million shorts still out there too! Maybe someone knows something they are not telling us.
GO Little Train up the proverbial mountain.
Volume light...slide in SP contiinues...next bottom looks to be 42.35, and unless contained, may continue the decline in the SP to the mid 30's...Let's hope the bottom is near...Hope the numbers are positive on Thursday at the CC.
Yahoo Statistics reports that the Percent of "Float" is 21%. Can anyone explain what that means as the number of shorts as of February 14, 2014 is reported as 10.83 Million shares? Since there are only 68 million shares outstanding, it seems that the short percentage is only about 16% of those outstanding shares. Thanks in advance for any response.
According to the reported statistics by Yahoo, there were 10.83million shorts outstanding as of February 28, 2014, but as of March 31, 2014 the number had fallen to 9.87 million shorts...an indication that Mr. Shortie had apparently covered by closing out nearly 1 million shorts...
Someone apparently made a well-placed bet when the "Little Train" was in the mid 50's !
