Sentiment: Strong Buy
Because this change does not impact any union members at UPS.
To be clear - no spouse at UPS is losing access to healthcare benefits. If the spouse is covered by benefits where they work, they are to be covered by their employers benefits. If the spouse does not work or their employer does not provide benefits, the spouse can go on the UPS plan. Why should UPS pay for spouse benefits that are available through the spouse's employer?

I see by the notes below you were misreprenting the scope of the proposal. Also a characteristic of party polittics. Congrats for that.
Dropping spousal benefits is a direct result of ACA and going public. The later of which is putting pressure on UPS to make record profits every year, and how do they do that, use every excuse they can to cut what they can.
Kind of makes you want to be in the union, where they can't make the decree, and you've got to abide.
