I find it astounding that they allow their drivers to drop off prescription drugs on doorsteps when nobody is home, regardless of what kind of meds are in the package being delivered. They are wide open for a theft and a huge lawsuit should these drugs get into the wrong hands. FIRMS LIKE CVS CONTRACT WITH THESE DIMWITS
Are you saying that a controlled substance is allowed to be shipped? I have to take pain medication and if I let it run out, NO scrip can be mailed by my doctor or released from a drugstore without my signature and I.D.
It's not the shipper's responsibility, it's the supplier's.
If the shipper requests that a signature is required, the driver will not deliver without it. Drivers do not know what is inside packages. All are treated the same unless specified differently. So, make your complaints to the company who you are buying your prescriptions from not UPS!!
we get are prescriptions buy the mail and they are put in the mail box with no one around so I ask what is the difference if the drug cared they would find a better way but you must remember that cost money and they want to make money not spend it so don;t blame the driver
Large manufactures and suppliers ship drugs thru all carriers and can and do require signatures of controlled drugs it is a shipper option not the driver or consignees decision
Sentiment: Strong Buy
