UPS damaged my driveway in Colorado with the snow chains on their truck. I have spent hours on hold on their phone line and they will not resolve the issue. They claim they called me and that I "agreed" to a "settlement" and they have never called me and I have never agreed to a "settlement" Does anyone know how to get through to management? Their phone number just puts me into transfer hell and they put me on hold for an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. They never did take me off hold.
This is at 9000 feet in the mountains not flat land like you are used to. They did this 6 years ago as well and I had a response in a day. They have had a serious degradation of concern for their customers. Not living in the Rockies, you don't understand the damage their saw tooth chains do to a black top driveway that is a mile long leading to acreage.
uofm4me1--your post leads me to believe you are a whiner and goof ball. This is a message board for folks interested in the stock of UPS. Go complain to someone who can help you. They correctly put you on hold because you are a nut- -its a driveway, not a piece of furniture.
