Wow...every time FIBR atmept to inch up past $3.10 for more than a few minutes, there are blocks to sell that slaps it right back down. Accumulation? Hmmmmmm. Volume strong today. Still waiting to buy above $3.75 (breakout point) or $2.14 (support).
