Here is what is shocking....So with one $1.5 million order in Q2 they do $9 million in revs and 15 cents per share. They already have 2 $1.5million plus orders to fill in Q3. So if they do $11 million in revs they will do close to 20 cents a share. Assuming they can do 10 cents in Q4 gets you to 40 cents per share in earnings. With roughly 50 cents cash per share the stock trades at 4 times earnings even after the pop!
They had another $5M order in 2Q as well, but $3M is a strong start for a seasonally strong 3Q. The tax rate will also correct itself, but no reason the Company can't do another 5 to 10 cents clean in 3Q. Some more orders and good quarters and there's no reason the stock can't double from here and still trade at a reasonable multiple.
