The beauty of two prong company

Now some "traders" that were blindsided are screaming and crying about the drop based on a judges decision ON ONE CASE without hearing from the company officially what happened and what they are going to do about it. Remember people this is one case out of 7 right? Each case is based on different particulars that make them completely unique and so the effect of this has nothing to do with AOL who is going to trial based DOE...a much easier case to prove to the jury.

Now am I disappointed??? Yes! But this is not the end of this case. Not sure what blew up on the MOJ but something was not covered by GP. The beauty of investing in a company with a Core Business that is going gang busters is that there is a safety net of growing revenue which at this stage has nothing to do with the IP patent suits. At this knee jerk pricing we are way blow the value of the core business and therefore, like the AOL partial MOJ, it is wise to load up the truck based SOLELY ON CORE BUSINESS. Hence what I have been doing and will be doing now.

REMEMBER WE HAVE MANY OTHER CASES PENDING WITH AOL TRIAL LOOMING AND NO RISK OF MOJ FOR THAT AT THIS STAGE. OUR MAIN COMPETITORS DONT HAVE THE DEEP POCKETS OF YAHOO AND A VICTORY OVER THEM IS MUCH MORE VALUABLE THEN YAHOO'S.

      Spetty,
Again, if I have misjudged you and your motives, I apologize. I admit that I am a passionate person, and have often gotten things wrong. Afterall, this is a message board and any idiot can say whatever they want, and they do. I also did misstate that you mentioned the number of shares you have... you did not do that.

However, the thing that seems to stick out to me (and others) rightly or wrongly, in some of your recent posts as well as in the past, is that your sentiment seems to change depending on whether you are building position or you have already done so. Again, you are free to profit however you like from this stock and no one can tell you otherwise, but you may want to ask yourself if it is wise, in the name of getting along, to change your sentiment that way because others get the impression that you do it at their expense.

This has been stated here 1000 times already and does not need to be repeated again, but the impression of what you do (rightly or wrong) is based to some extent on what many have observed and voiced about warnbeeb. If you observe the way he post statements, they virtually always seem to be subtle and objectively biased toward the negative side, which can instill doubt (diminish confidence) in the stock and the company. He claims to be a long interested investor, but that kind of behavior just seems counter-intuitive to most rational people, thus giving the impression that he has an ulterior motive. Warn is relentless, and rarely moderates that mode of operation. Sure the company has problems. It is small struggling micro-cap, with many vulnerabilities, but it has really managed to grow against the odds, and has a compelling story, that I believe deserves more the benefit of the doubt... which is why myself, and i assume many others have invested in it.

As I said before, many here have voiced appreciation for your insights and analysis, me included, but there is that edge that maybe you should rethink.

      Your friend wake!

    • The soapbox post from flyers above is probably the most noteworthy post on this board. Pay attention and do yourselves a favor by not dismissing what was candidly conveyed to you. When a seemingly intelligent and respected long, one who diligently researches a company and stock such as this, conveys the above it should have 10 x the weight of any creative writing hopeful or pumper.

Another piece of advice. Don't swallow the fellow sirius's kool aid. He's also serving it up on the ETAK mb. If you want a taste of tainted kool aid just look at the SOCURE partnership/entity that's now associated with ETAK. Huge red flag and believe it or not associations are very important when investing YOUR money.

    • Wake, look back to how this whole thing started in the first place. It started out with your comment that Warn and I are "the two biggest f'in idiots on this board". Then later in response to AW you said I was a "huckster". Lastly, you said something about me posting what size position I had (which I never did) and said I got called out for making misleading statements about when I was buying or selling, which I don't recall, but if that was said, they were as wrong as can be. Why would you ask me "why I felt the need to say how many shares I have"? Why don't you ask Jason, siri, smartsvma and the other 20+ people who specifically announced the # of shares that they had when everyone was trying to figure out how many shares were controlled by the board? It seems to me that every time I say something you don't agree with, I become a "basher", an "f'in idiot" and I'm sure a variety of other things that you've called me in the past. You then start accusing me of everything under the sun, some of which are your (incorrect) opinion and others that are just outright fallacies in an attempt to discredit me. So I'm sure you can see why I would've thought you had a problem with me.

I find it humorous that anyone thinks what I post here could help fuel a "stampede for the exits". Anyone who makes investment decisions based on a message board deserves to lose money. I've never seen a single time where I've posted and all of the sudden the volume picked up and the stock started to jump or tank. As I've said countless times, I've never tried to move the stock price in either direction, nor do I think I could. I post my opinion, just like everyone else. As the facts, the fundamentals and the share price changes, so does my opinion, as should everyone elses. What I post at any is how I honestly feel at that time, despite my position in the stock....

    • Beautiful! Say it like you see it!

spetty, I have no problem with you, I don't even know you. You and flyers do have similar comments, and knowledge and both acknowledge trading in and out. I have no problem with either of those. You can do what you want. But you know I am not the only one that says what i have said about you, others have said you help stir a stampede for the exits and manipulate as well, but I have never seen any comments like that about flyers, and never thought he did.

If you don't see that, perhaps you should go back and read some of your own posts with that in mind.

Frankly, you can do whatever you want, and you will, but fair warning, if some here believe they are harmed by your behavior, they are going to call you out on it.

I think alot of your commentary, and analysis is well appreciated and valued by many including me. If you feel you are wrongly accused, and you know you are not really doing these things and that I am all wet, then I apologize for saying so, there must be an error in judgement somewhere.

I also apologize for calling you 'spgetty', its just a little dig, but i dont really know anything about your name. It just seems to be a natural morphology from the screen name. If anything i would have guessed your name something like Steve Petty. I know someone named Petty... a fine gentleman.

      wake

    • Although that was not directed at you wake I liked how you addressed it. Can't add to perfection.

    • Although that was not directed at you wake I liked how you addressed it. So dido to that.

I have always been here with one message....look at the fundamentals of this company!!! This is the ONLY thing that I have been fostering. I have given my time horizon of 3-5 years and I have always disclosed my buys BEFORE I buy and I have NEVER sold a single share. I AM AN INVESTOR OF AUGME. I have always tried to help others to think clearly and avoid panic. And I have ALWAYS put my own money where my mouth is. So, AW, if that is what you or other couple of idiots here call pumping then I will always PUMP this baby and you should do yourself a favor and put me on the iggy! Good luck to you.

    • lol!! spaghetti....this is exactly what you want huh "The funny thing is that people here would've been much better served had they listened to me all along and traded in and out of the stock" lol!!! you do always prove my point pal. And lovely post from a high school girl that you have put together...."oh you jealous".."oh I am right"..."oh I am better then you"

Grow up kid. While you make a few thousand here and there I have made millions from stock such as Augme. I have listed them here before. I have learn a very important thing during my investment time frame...to quickly identify phonies like yourself. People like you have cost me lost of money before in lost opportunities. As much as I can help it I will call you out. trust that.
