Great find, and timely as well!!!This showed that our 7,269,636 patent is not as strong as one originally believed. Now I start to question the credibility of the other IPs and our legal team.
You can't tell that from that info. That's very common back and forth from the USPTO. The process itself often involves the removal of claims and then the patent owner responding to validate them. Pretty status quo stuff.
If I am reading it correctly, out of the 29 claims on the #7,269,636 patent, now 9 of the claims are being rejected. That's more than 30%.
