What's crazy is here VRNG is rocketing based on the judge saying the parties should mediate. Meanwhile, Judge Starks supposedly just said the exact same about Augme and MM and VELT and set dates in January for it. And supposedly Judge McMahon just yesterday referred AOL and Augme to Judge Gorrenstein for mediation and AOL accepted. Augme has three mediations coming up short term. Augme is going to get a settlement at some point. All VRNG has is the patents and they aren't nearly as valuable as Augme's imo.
