Go to google for a search. In the search box, put "sec" and "edgar." Your search will show you a second item, "EDGAR Company Search." Click that and you are there. Where it says "Company Name" type "Augme." For other companies, you usually can type the symbol.
As Imiami said, click the button to "include" for ownership forms. The investing world is now at your fingertips.
Don't mean to be rude but with a question like that you clearly shouldn't be investing. It's great however you're at least asking questions, even though you're likely deep underwater with this otc investment. In any case the source site (for all current and historical filings) you should go to for all filings is sec dot gov. From the home page you simply need to key in the company name within the search box then hit enter key or Go button.
thanks ..you know i appreciate your advice...but with 35 years inv experiene, a wharton degree, a couple of years on the trading desk at one of the largest otc houses, and placing in the top 15 out of the 3600 ppl in the Natl INv challenge/USA Today...i think i'll keep giving it a go...i didn't realize the sec.gov had insider buys/sells and was getting it from a brokerage house, some hours later...but thanks again lol...oh, and no, not under water
