      • It might not move the needle from a stock perspective but it does matter to HC's sales people and their customers. Ad Life now offering a rules engine that enables advertisers and marketers to easily configure customized high-engagement instant win/sweepstakes programs from a single, scalable user interface is big value ad. It's another way of keeping the customer in house and offering a service internally that they might have had to go outside to get as part of their campaign. Most importantly, it now shortens the time to market and reduces the client cost for what was previously customized work.

        Everything they say here is totally true and relevant. This is why this company is a leader in innovation where others are just trying to keep up. You might not think it that important but this enhancement will directly lead to more revenues and customer acquisitions. I don't know if you've seen their first to market scratch ticket product that replicates a lottery scratch ticket experience on a mobile phone to increase customer engagement, but it is very cool and customers love it.

        Sweepstakes campaigns have proven to generate a much higher engagement rate compared to classic awareness campaigns. A major retailer customer of Hipcricket added a sweepstakes component to an existing awareness campaign and saw the monthly campaign engagement rate multiplied by 19.

        In increasing numbers, brands are turning to sweepstakes programs across their mobile advertising and marketing efforts. A major broadcast customer of Hipcricket executed 60 percent more sweepstakes campaigns in the first half of Fiscal 2013 (March-August 2012) compared to the first half of Fiscal 2012. A large beverage company customer ran nearly three times more sweepstakes campaigns in the first half of Fiscal 2013 compared to the First half of Fiscal 2012.

I do not expect any major increase in price until after Jan.unless some event changes the playing field. Many people will start selling to use the losses for tax reasons; this will keep the price down. Just my thoughts, continue to hold my shares. These prices are a bargain, considering the value of HC alone. Hang on
