    Buying more

Freed up some money today by taking a nice profit in HDY pre-market (in at .74 avg, out at $1.17 avg). I plan on buying some more shares of AUGT. Barring news, which I think after the insider buy today we won't be getting right now, I think the stock will be relatively flat for the remainder of the week, however, I think it'll start it's ascent next week in anticipation of the revenue #'s being released within the next two weeks after that.

The bottom line here is that the valuation is just ridiculously cheap. The detractors can say whatever they want, but we have a fast-growing company in one of the fastest-growing spaces out there. Our most similar comp currently trades for around 7x sales. AUGT trades at under 3.5X sales, and that # will drop when you remove the $4.25 million quarter from a year ago and replace it with what will likely be $7.5 million this quarter and assuming the current share price of .63, we're trading at under 3X sales. At that rate, we'd need to get to $1.63 just to have the same p/s ratio as MM. Using AMOBEE as probably the best comp out there, at 12x TTM sales, that would indicate a BUYOUT value of $2.50/share. How it all shakes out, who knows, but what I do know is that whatever happens, I'm extremely confident that we'll be sitting at a market cap a heckuva lot higher than $70 million in the next 12 months, and I'm sure there will be plenty of trading opportunities to juice those returns even more if one is so inclined...
