The market does not know what to expect here and unfortunately distrusts the company after broken promises from Paul Arena. If the management proves that they have a viable growth strategy then we will see that upside move. Strong numbers from Hipcricket and less costs associated with IP will win investors back. Working with an NPE or any other news that turns the IP into an asset rather than a burden should work to get share price back to a reasonable level.
dude...I would agree with that. There is a bit of mistrust in the ticker because of PA's failure to deliver. However, IMO, RH has done a nice job so far to realign the attention of street to the fundamentals of the company with regards to revenue and cost. If they deliver again on their revenue and if the majority of cost cuts do show up in the numbers then we should see the street reward the ticker. I am hoping that he would make good on the promise and give us a through update on the IP front as well.
