If you don't believe me, call management and ask them for yourselves. And before you start with the inside information garbage, they have already stated this publicly at multiple investor conferences. But please, feel free to call and reiterate for yourselves. In fact, based on the conversation I had today, they'd welcome it. Get it straight from the source instead of the people (both positive and negative) who have agendas here.
LOL . Yeah right, and like we don't already know the history of promises gone bad on this one. Until that fat lady sings and gives it to us in a golden platter we are operating in deaf ears!!!! What did you say? LOL!!!
My information on the subject is the same. No dilution. One tidbit I might throw in is that NPE's like GEOS patents, so they well might not be sold individually as is often spoken of on this board, but instead included in, and used to enhance, the NPE deal if and when that deal is ever realized.
I'm about as certain as I can be that there will be no dilution in the near-term. I have reason to believe that they're very close to obtaining the line of credit Ivan stated they were seeking at the recent investor conferences. As we all know however, anything can go wrong and until both parties' signatures are on the required documents nothing's guaranteed.
In terms of the top-line growth, this is a very seasonal business and the 4th and 1st quarters are their slowest quarters of the year, and the 2nd and 3rd quarters is where they see most of their growth for the year. We already know based on the revenue pre-release that revenues were flat in Q4 vs Q3. I wouldn't be surprised (though I hope it's not the case) that they could be flat in Q1 vs Q4 as well, however, I think they're going to kill it in Q's 2 & 3 and nothing that I know of has changed that would prevent them from reaching cash-flow BE sometime during Q2 as Ivan has stated previously.
