NPK market is in oversupply mode and will remain for the next 3 years. The reason is that the 2nd biggest Consumer India has restriction on imports. They now favor local gas based Urea & organic waste of all kinds.
To get back that market, prices must decline by 20% but that is below cost . Hence all NPK stocks that rely on export are in the doldrums.
Yeah, I have found them totally unresponsive to even the most basic inquiries. They might as well shut that operation down and save the money. The only time I ever heard from them was when they were calling my house just about every day to get my vote for the recent election involving the board of directors.
