Nothing new has happened.Just market momentarily oversupply create by Jana big position in Agu .
When market finished swallowing up those shares ,price in theory at least should go at pre-janas disclosure.
This is good for Agu ,no more internal contradictions, just move one. They still have 2.7 % in Agu,not enough to bully no one anymore.
My guess is that they will now take their position down to zero so near term weakness in the share price is likely to continue. That praise they are now throwing at AGU's management is a smokescreen they are throwing up in conjunction with the continued drawdown of their equity position.
They bought AGU at around 86.95 dont think they expect less. I am somehow new in this board and unfortunately didnt have a cristal ball but i think they tried to Split the company . .
Dont think they did a good move now that Viterra acquisition will begin to pay out.
ya I agree with this. I dont think the price takes a hit. I think its flat. Then it will rise back.
I think Jana tried a proxy fight. It completely failed. Especially when the company used dirty tricks to sway votes. So they will pull out 100%. Plus they were buying a lot of other stuff so its gonna happen.
