Imminent BV down; future div up. When it will go up, and how much, only the managers know.
What it means to the stock: Initial price decline due to BV handicapping; this increases current yield and causes even bigger increase in future yield and NPV of future cashflows for income-oriented buyers today. If that gets around, the price will go up, because no income investor can see 18-20% yield and not think "no brainer".
And, as we've known was coming since the Baby Boom ended, this is just the start of the Income-Investor Boom.
