Look at the financials and you will not be happy with what you see. People are always claiming perfectly good businesses are ponzi schemes, etc. But, check out the fact that this business has negative cummulative retained earnings since its inception (zero profit). Obviously they have had the cash flow to pay the dividends they have, but figuring out how they got the money would take some time to figure out. It isn't from operating earnings. I must be missing something, possibly the transfer of earnings from the ownership in other entities/subsidiaries. A friend of mine has a lot invested in it and he is happy. I guess I'm just not willing to do enough due diligence to understand their business model. Before investing do your DD.
